I’m sorry your item did not meet your standards.

Please share why in your Return or Refund request, so I can improve.

Give me the opportunity to make it right by replacing the item with a duplicate, or another item of your choice (of equal or lesser value) FREE of charge in addition to your refund.

Beyond that:

A standard 30 day refund and return policy applies. Items purchased more than 30 Days before the Return or Refund Request is generated and received are not eligible.

Your item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition as you received it
  • Not received or Missing from the order entirely

EXCEPTION For Defect:

In the event your item fails within the first 30 days of purchase, submit a request and mention this as your reason for return/refund.

Please also submit accessible image or video proof of the current state of the item and I will honor your refund, no further questions asked.

non-returnable items:

  • used items
  • items purchased outside of the 30 day window
  • Items observed as having undergone normal, expected wear and tear in regard to their application

Additional Exceptions:

  • Items purchased outside of the 30 day window, that fail within the first 3 months
  • Your item was a gift, you are unhappy with it, and would like to exchange it for another selection of equal or lesser value

do not send your item back until you’ve been contacted regarding receipt of your request.

partial refunds mAY be issued when:

  • item undergoes significant deterioration after 3 months, but before 6 months after date of purchase, considering its application.
  • The item was purchased as part of a sale, deal, or package. Refund of up to 25% of the original item wholesale price may be offered.

The Logistics

upon receipt of your request, you will receive an email reply.

At that point, proceed to send back your return item to the address from which you received it.

You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Items can be mailed within an envelope with a single postage stamp.

Your refund will be issued to the purchase method within 7-9 business days of receipt of that item. If the item was a gift, an even (or lesser) exchange will be provided. email confirmation will be provided.

Late or missing refunds

In the event that it has been more than 7-9 business days since you’ve received confirmation your returned item was received and your refund was issued,

  • contact your bank to see if the transaction is still pending.

If it appears the transaction has not been initiated, reach out to the same email as your request was submitted.

Notes on Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for one of equal or lesser value due to dissatisfaction with the original selection, i will comply given the condition that the item is unused and not damaged or defective. Please allow 7 additional business days in processing this request and shipping the second item.
